1. Agreement
By accessing or using My Traders Deck (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
My Traders Deck is a trading journal and analytics platform. It helps you log trades, review performance, and track related notes. The Service is a software tool only — it is not investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information at checkout and in your profile.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans (such as Monthly or Yearly) grant access for the purchased period after successful payment.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Additional Razorpay terms may apply at checkout.
- Prices are shown on our pricing/checkout pages and may change for future renewals or new purchases.
- You may cancel according to the process available in the product or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service in a way that harms availability
- Upload malware or abusive content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Your content
You retain ownership of trade logs and notes you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you submit.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, design, and software are owned by My Traders Deck or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
8. Disclaimers
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Traders Deck and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
